Join Miguel García (Sploro) in a flipped classroom session where you can present your project and begin collaborative work on your Business Model Canvas.

LLP Video Lectures

Access 10 online sessions covering Steve Blank’s Lean LaunchPad (LLP) theory. Topics include Business Models, Customer Development, Value Proposition, and more. Available for the first 6 months of the Programme.

Industry interviews

Conduct a minimum of 5 interviews per month with relevant industry agents over 9 months. Validate your hypotheses and expose your team to real-world scenarios.
