AT NGI SARGASSO WE ARE OPENING A SELECTION PROCESS FOR EXTERNAL EVALUATORS TO REVIEW THE PROPOSALS RECEIVED UNDER OUR CURRENTLY-RUNNING OPEN CALL.

WANT TO BECOME A MEMBER OF OUR POOL OF EXTERNAL EVALUATORS?

Our pool of External Evaluators will gather a set of recognised experts in the topics to be covered by the NGI Sargasso Open Calls which will include the priority areas of the Next Generation Internet, including the following:
AREAS OF KNOWLEDGEGENERAL CALL
AREAS OF KNOWLEDGEDIGITAL CREDENTIALS CALL
The evaluators will be selected based on their competences and needs for each open call.
Please note that being an External Evaluator precludes application to the Open Calls. The contract to be signed will include standard provisions to guarantee that no conflict of interest exists and complete confidentiality is ensured.
- European (EU nationals (Member States (MS) of the European Union (EU), including their outermost regions, as well as Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) linked to an EU Member) as well as nationals of Horizon Europe associated countries, full list HERE).
- Specialists – scientists (technical, social sciences, etc.) or business experts: from academia or industry, researchers or engineers. The evaluator should be motivated by advancing trust, security, and innovation in emerging technologies, while promoting openness, inclusivity, and responsible Internet governance, in order to drive digital transformation and shape a sustainable and human-centric Next Generation Internet.
- Experts with experience in evaluating proposals for the European Commission or similar experience.
The required services include:
Online platform-based evaluation of applications
Conducting interviews with the candidates in an allocated time slot.
In the case of the NGI Sargasso project, evaluators will receive compensation of up to 40€ per evaluation and 25€ per interview.
